The WaveLinx PRO Area Controller, with IP66-rated outdoor enclosure (WAC2-POE-OUT-EN), is the core of the WaveLinx Pro wireless connected lighting system. It simplifies commissioning while offering adaptable topology for real-time space adjustments. The WaveLinx Pro system adheres to current codes and utilities, reduces energy costs, and enables smart buildings. The WAC facilitates communication between the WaveLinx Pro mobile app and devices, creating a building ecosystem with out-of-the-box functionality and automatic code commissioning. Using a standard wireless mesh network, the WAC configures, monitors, and controls areas and lighting zones. It offers centralized management for partial ON/OFF scheduling, demand response, lighting, occupancy, and scene control. A single WAC can coordinate 49 user-defined and one construction area on a building LAN, or multiple WACs can scale the system to hundreds of areas, all accessible via the WaveLinx Pro Mobile App.
