- This 8-piece fuel injectors set features a 4-hole disc nozzle design for physical fuel atomization.1 Each unit is engineered with an EV6 (USCAR) 2-pin electrical connector. The internal seal rings are pre-installed to ensure a physical seal between the fuel rail and intake manifold.
- Constructed with high-temp resistant composite housing and stainless steel internal components. Each unit undergoes 100% static and dynamic flow matching tests (±2% variance) to match factory delivery specifications for the 5.4L 3-Valve engine platform.
- Designed to replace clogged, leaking, or faulty factory injectors to address engine misfire symptoms and rich/lean diagnostic fault codes. Meets factory specifications for electrical resistance (OHM) and fuel volume delivery without ECU recalibration.
- Safety limit: Professional installation is required to ensure proper seating of upper and lower O-rings; do not exceed factory torque specs on fuel rail bolts. Non-compatibility notice: Does not fit 4.6L V8 or 5.0L V8 models. All units are pressure tested for external and internal leak integrity.
